Honda
On cylinder head, near distributor area. Single bolt (10mm). O-ring seal.
Toyota
10mm bolt. On front of cylinder head. Lube O-ring before install.
Ford
Ecoboost: both intake and exhaust cam sensors. Variable cam timing. 8mm bolt.
BMW
VANOS system: cam sensor is on cylinder head. 10mm bolt. Reset adaptations after.
Extra tools: BMW scan tool for adaptation reset
Subaru
On each cylinder head (boxer = 2 sensors). Accessible from top.
Nissan
VQ V6: bank 1 easy, bank 2 is under intake plenum. 10mm bolt.
