Honda

Interior: 2 Phillips screws behind trim. Exterior: remove door panel, disconnect rod.

Toyota

Interior: Phillips screws. Exterior: access from inside door after panel removal.

Ford

Interior handles clip in. Exterior: remove door panel, disconnect linkage rod.

BMW

Exterior handle pops out with spring. Replace carrier if cracked. Common failure on E90.

Chevrolet

Trucks: exterior handle held by 2 bolts + rod clip. Access from inside door.
