10mm bolt per coil. Direct-on-plug. Pull straight up. Apply dielectric grease to boot.
Toyota
10mm bolt. Pull straight up. Denso coils recommended.
BMW
T30 Torx to remove. Connector tab is fragile — press gently. Replace all at once.
Extra tools: T30 Torx
Ford
Ecoboost: 7mm bolt per coil. Tight space on some. WD-40 the connectors.
Subaru
Side-mounted on boxer. 10mm bolt. Connectors are under the coil.
Volkswagen
Pull-up design. Connector tab clips. Replace all 4 together.
