Pro Tip Under passenger dash. If only works on high, it's the resistor not the motor.

Under passenger dash, behind glove box. 3 screws. Drops down. Easy 15 min job.
Toyota
Under passenger dash. Remove glove box for access on some models. 3 screws.
Ford
Under passenger dash. May need to remove kick panel. 3 self-tapping screws.
BMW
Under passenger dash or behind glove box. Final stage resistor is separate part.
Subaru
Under passenger dash. Drop down after 3 screws. Connector on top.
